We only sharpen by appointment, and have a lot of flexibility in scheduling. Let us know what is best for you and we'll work to accomodate your schedule.
How do I make an appointment?
Contact us using our Contact form, with an email or text message, or a phone call. We will help you get scheduled and give you further instructions.
What is the turnaround time?
With an appointment, we are usually able to return your items within an hour. If you drop off an unusually large number of items, it may be a few hours, or next day at the latest.
How should I bring my items to you?
Put them in a bag or box with your contact information attached.
Can I ship my items to you?
Yes, you can ship your items to us. You will pay return shipping, and we are usually able to send items back to you on the next business day after we receive them. Please contact us before shipping so we know to expect your items.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, we do, for any amount.
